What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the development of program or project scope statements in consultation with stakeholders
• Ensure alignment of project scope and objectives with regulatory requirements
• Manage project schedule, budget, scope, quality, and communications
• Identify project duration, funding, effort, and dependencies to meet objectives
• Provide subject matter expertise in project management techniques and methodologies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3+ years of project management experience within technology initiatives
• 3+ years of experience with Agile processes
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations within payment integrity, claims, clinical, and/or provider operations
• Experience in creating and delivering executive-level data and presentations
• Proven ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
