HIRING A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - HEALTHCARE IN DALLAS
DBR is seeking a results-oriented Senior Project Manager to join the team in Dallas. This is a critical leadership position requiring a blend of advanced electrical and mechanical engineering design management, healthcare consulting production oversight, and robust financial management experience. The ideal candidate will be a registered Professional Engineer with a proven track record managing large-scale healthcare facility projects and leading high-performing production teams.


Key Responsibilities And Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in engineering project management, with at least 6-8 years focused on healthcare facility projects.
• Must hold a current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and be eligible for, or currently possess, multi-state registrations.
• Responsible for the financial management of the practice, including tracking profitability, generating and following up on invoices, managing Accounts Receivables (AR) with corporate leadership, and maintaining team billability.
• Manage and supervise electrical, mechanical and plumbing design production teams, including conducting performance reviews and fostering professional growth.
• Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and scheduling, while identifying when change orders need to be executed.
• Serve as the primary point of communication for owners, clients, and consultant contractors, representing DBR's interests and technical expertise.
• Directly report out on budget, scope, and schedule performance to the Healthcare Practice Leader.
• Oversee all phases of projects, including both the design and construction administration (CA) phases.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of CA tasks, such as attending meetings, answering RFIs, and reviewing submittals.
