What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead enterprise implementation projects involving multiple workstreams, geographies, and third-party partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed enterprise-level program plans, roadmaps, financials, and executive dashboards.
• Facilitate executive steering committees, ensuring transparent communication of status, risks, issues, and financial performance.
• Anticipate and manage interdependencies across technical, operational, and business teams to ensure project success.
• Codify lessons learned and contribute to the PMO's strategic evolution by influencing delivery frameworks and methodologies.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive project/program management experience, including at least 5 years in enterprise-scale engagements ($10M+ budgets).
• Proven success in delivering complex technology/cloud transformations for publicly traded companies or highly regulated industries.
• Strong executive stakeholder management experience with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships at the C-suite level.
