Royal Electric Company is hiring for a *Senior Project Manager* for our Building Group Project's in Dallas, TX.

Success in the position is achieved through the following duties and responsibilities.

Build external relationships that promote project success

Customers (General contractors and/or project owners)

• Focus on creating a positive customer experience.
• Get to know the needs, objectives and challenges of the customer and their project team.
• Have conversations to resolve issues, using email as back up or follow up.
• Be proactive and responsive to customer needs.
• Collaborate with the customer for win-win scenarios that positively impact the project.

Subcontractors and Vendors

• Create job kick off opportunity to align scope, schedule, and other potential issues with their project team.
• Facilitate subcontractor engagement throughout the project.
• Proactively assists subcontractors with billings, change orders, and negotiations.

Other trades

• Develop relationships with other trade contractors on the job to increase collaboration to positively impact design, schedule, and productivity...
