The Opportunity
Intellibright is entering its next phase of growth. Our clients are larger, our programs are more integrated, and the gap between a great strategy and a great result is execution.
As Senior Project Manager, you own that gap. You’ll run delivery across a portfolio of digital marketing clients, coordinating strategists, paid media, SEO, creative, web, and a global network of contractors so that work ships on time, on scope, on budget, and at the quality our clients expect. You’ll also have real input into how we work, helping refine our workflows and processes in Jira and finding practical ways to use AI to make delivery faster and more predictable.
This role is for someone who already knows how digital marketing work gets made and wants the ownership to make it run better.
About Intellibright
Intellibright is a performance digital marketing agency built around accountability and close client partnerships. Our proprietary revenue analytics connect marketing activity to pipeline, sales, and revenue. If it doesn’t tie back to revenue, it doesn’t matter.
Recognized by the Inc. 5000 and the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Americas five years running, Intellibright is a profitable, self-funded agency headquartered in Austin, Texas, with 16+ years of growth.
What Winning Looks Like
Clients experience Intellibright as organized, proactive, and reliable. Internal teams know exactly what’s expected of them and when. Projects land within budget, and when they’re trending over, you know early and have a plan. Risks surface early, with options attached. Jira reflects reality at all times. And every quarter, delivery gets a little faster and a little more predictable because of the workflows you helped refine.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end delivery across a portfolio of client accounts spanning SEO, Local SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic Social, and Web
Project budgets: tracking hours and spend against scope on every project and flagging overruns before they happen
Project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resourcing across internal teams and remote contractors
Jira as the source of truth: board structure, ticket quality, workflow hygiene, and accurate time logging
Scope management, including identifying scope creep early and partnering with strategists on change conversations
Client-facing status updates and meetings that are concise, decision-oriented, and end with clear next steps
Risk identification and escalation, always with a recommended path forward
Input on workflows and processes, helping refine templates, automations, and standard operating procedures so they scale
Practical AI adoption in delivery, such as meeting summaries, status drafting, Jira automation, and QA support
Mentorship and leveling up of PM practices across the team
Core Competencies
Digital marketing fluency: You understand how an SEO audit, a paid campaign launch, or a website build actually gets produced, including the handoffs, dependencies, and where things typically break
Budget discipline: You treat hours and spend as seriously as deadlines, and you catch overruns while there’s still time to correct course
Systems thinking: You see recurring problems as process problems and fix them at the root
Proactive ownership: You surface risks before they become issues and bring solutions, not just status
Clear, calm communication: You keep clients and internal teams aligned without adding noise
AI-forward mindset: You actively experiment with AI tools and have real examples of using them to save time or improve quality
Prioritization under pressure: You juggle multiple accounts and competing deadlines without losing momentum or accuracy
Your First 6 Months
30 days: Fully ramped on your client portfolio, team, and Jira workflows; running client and internal check-ins independently
90 days: Every project in your portfolio has a current, accurate plan and budget tracked in Jira; recurring delivery issues are identified and documented with proposed fixes
6 months: On-time and on-budget delivery across your portfolio is measurably improved; you’ve contributed at least two workflow, process, or AI-driven improvements adopted by the broader team; time logging and ticket hygiene are consistently accurate
What We’re Looking For
Required:
5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing digital marketing deliverables (agency or in-house)
Hands-on experience with SEO, paid media, social, or web projects from kickoff to launch
Experience tracking project budgets, hours, or spend against scope
Demonstrated, practical use of AI tools in your work
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication, including leading client meetings
Based in Austin or willing to relocate (in office 3 days per week)
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Advanced Jira experience, including board configuration and automation
Agency experience
Experience coordinating remote or international contractors
PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or similar certification
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 depending on experience
Performance Bonus: up to 5% of base annually

Time Off: 28 days combined PTO and holidays, plus two additional remote work weeks annually
