• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating construction schedule activities across teams.
• Manage project budgets through effective cost control measures utilizing HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools; monitor expenditures and forecast financial performance.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment.
• Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and specifications; ensure accurate interpretation and implementation on-site.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D for project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.
• Lead project teams by assigning tasks effectively, managing performance expectations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
