Role Overview:
The Manager in Infrastructure Project Advisory (Strategy & Technology) leads complex infrastructure projects in asset management, transit, and technology implementations.
- Responsibilities: Manage project delivery, develop client reports, lead technology initiatives involving requirements gathering and platform configuration (e.g., IBM Maximo MAS9, ERM), build client relationships, mentor junior staff, and support business development activities.
- Qualifications & Skills: Minimum five years’ experience in infrastructure sectors (rail, transit, utilities), with a background in management or technology consulting. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, business process re-engineering, and asset management frameworks (ISO 55001) is essential. Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
