# Role Overview
3Commas is hiring a Product Manager to focus primarily on QuantPilot.com, our next-generation AI-powered trading platform launching in June 2026.
This is not a traditional PM role.
We are looking for someone who combines real trading experience with hands-on product execution. You will own the trading-facing surfaces in QuantPilot, drive the activation funnel, and help shape the product into something traders actually want to use.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You sit as a peer alongside other PMs and Product Designers, with each person owning their product areas. You report directly to the Chief Product / Growth Officer.
# What You’ll Own
- Trading-facing product areas in QuantPilot. Define how users use AI to discover, configure, and monitor trading strategies. Apply your trading background to make sure the product works for real traders.
- The signup-to-trading activation funnel across QuantPilot. Identify and remove friction, drive activation and conversion metrics upward.
- UX and user flows for key QuantPilot surfaces. Push for simpler onboarding, clearer strategy presentation, and better activation from signup to first trade.
- Contributions to product discussions on new trading features, ideas, and verticals. Evaluate product decisions through a growth and revenue lens.
