• You have a passion for consumer apps and analyze onboarding flows and paywalls for fun.
• You are structured, clear, and confident in both English and Spanish communication.
• You act like an owner, not an employee.

#### YOUR MISSION

Act as the link between business metrics and product execution.

• Own the execution rhythm of your app squad—update Notion boards, set priorities, and run weekly reviews with design, dev, and data.
• Track and report on app’s key metrics (retention, LTV, ARPU, trials, payback) and define OKRs.
• Suggest, design, and evaluate A/B tests for onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and UX flows.
• Analyze competitors using Data.ai, SensorTower, and AppTweak to identify best practices.

#### YOUR SKILLS

Degree in Business, Engineering, Data, or Product Management (ESADE, TBS, IE, UPC, or similar).

• **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in product, analytics, or growth (internship or full-time).
• **Tools:** Familiarity with Amplitude, Firebase, Looker, and Google Sheets.
• **Pluses:** Basic knowledge of SQL or Python
