Role Description
The Senior Product Manager, Care Operations will join Zócalo Health at a critical stage of the company's growth, as we expand our care model across programs, plans, and geographies.


This role owns the Care Operations product domain end-to-end. You will shape how our care teams do their work by defining and driving the roadmap for mission-critical workflows, partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, and Clinical teams. You will collaborate with the VP of Product on strategy, sequencing, and major tradeoffs, while operating autonomously within your domain.


This role carries dual responsibility: stewardship of the systems care teams depend on today, and building the workflows they need as Zócalo scales. You will own the health and evolution of existing operational tools while driving the transition to governed, instrumented workflows that replace fragmented processes.
