Why This Role Exists

We are building the operating system for senior care.

As we scale to $100M+, product execution becomes the multiplier. We need a Senior Product Manager who can turn ambiguous clinical and operational problems into shipped features that drive adoption, revenue expansion, and measurable patient impact.

You will sit at the intersection of AI, clinical workflows, and enterprise software—owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and scale. This is not a roadmap-maintenance role. This is a build-the-future role.

What You’ll Do

Own High-Impact Product Areas

Lead end-to-end product initiatives across predictive analytics, agentic AI workflows, EHR integrations, and operational dashboards.

Translate Clinical & Revenue Needs into Product Specs

Work closely with Clinical Ops, Sales, Engineering, and executive leadership to convert real-world workflow friction into clear PRDs, technical requirements, and release plans.

Drive AI-Native Product Development

Partner with ML and Applied AI teams to ship LLM-powered agents, risk stratification tools, and automation workflows that materially improve customer ROI.

Operate with Revenue Awareness

Prioritize features based on AR...
