Responsibilities
- Analyzing go-to-market workflows to identify inefficiencies and designing optimized processes that incorporate automation, standardization, and lean principles
- Leading discovery sessions and creating detailed process maps that document current state, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions
- Partnering with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Enterprise Systems teams to ensure process designs align with Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP capabilities
- Establishing standardized methodologies, templates, and documentation to build process maturity and compliance across go-to-market functions
- Defining KPIs and tracking process performance to drive continuous improvement and provide visibility to leadership on operational health
What We're Looking For
- Bring 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Process Improvement within SaaS or high-growth environments
- Apply process mapping, analysis, and design methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to solve complex operational challenges
- Work proficiently with enterprise systems including Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP platforms
