Lead large-scale fleet maintenance operations across the East Coast, ensuring customer assets remain safe, reliable, and ready for service. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee multiple regional sites and guide fleet managers, technicians, and administrative teams to achieve operational excellence. You will manage a dedicated customer account, balancing maintenance performance, customer satisfaction, financial oversight, and service delivery. By monitoring key performance indicators, service-level agreements, safety standards, and compliance requirements, you will drive measurable improvements in fleet uptime and business results. You will also strengthen customer relationships, optimize maintenance planning, and coordinate suppliers and third-party service providers. ### Accountabilities:

As Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee regional fleet maintenance operations, ensure consistent service delivery, and maintain accountability for customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and financial performance.
