Sr. Network Engineer, Data Center
Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our Data Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, installing, supporting, and maintaining both customer-facing and internal enterprise data center network infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between architectural designs and hands-on execution to ensure global network services run securely, reliably, and responsively.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:

• Lead Infrastructure Deployment: Configure, deploy (rack and stack), support, and maintain all network hardware including routers, firewalls, and switches, with the ability to physically lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Lead network incident management to identify, analyze, and resolve faults from critical outages to customer escalations, while performing routine preventative maintenance and security checks.
