Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects end to end by making detailed plans and directing activities for Finance stakeholders and their customers.
• Structure, lead, and execute complex finance projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
• Own and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and alignment of deliverables.
• Manage risk proactively by anticipating issues and implementing mitigation strategies to meet timelines and objectives.
• Ensure processes support project objectives by leading process mapping and documentation updates.
• Identify change impact and oversee change deliverables, collaborating with Change SMEs on best practices.

Qualifications
Must-Have

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• PMP, PMI, PMI-CPM, AI Program Management, PROSCI, or similar qualifications.
• Understanding of Finance business functions and ability to support execution strategies.
