The Senior Manager, Digital Analytics will lead and develop the Digital Analytics team to build and deliver reports and insights to partner teams across the Digital, Marketing and Merchandising organizations. The Senior Manager, Digital Analytics will empower partners to make customer and data led decisions and optimize company sales growth and profitability through use of website analytics and analyses. This role is responsible for digital reporting and analytics for all CBH brands and will directly support the Crate&Kids brand through insights, reports and analyses.

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly key digital KPI reporting across all levels of the organization; including executive summaries, brand and department detailed reporting across our digital properties (website, IOS app) focusing on actionable insights
- Build reporting workspaces in collaboration with business partners to support specific analysis needs and educate business partners on self-service and capabilities of available analytics tools.
