2. About the Opportunity:

The
Analyst, Business Analytics
is responsible for developing data-driven solutions that support customers in understanding and utilizing complex data. This role contributes by delivering insights that inform decision-making and improve service delivery, acting as a trusted resource to both customers and internal teams. The position is critical for translating data into actionable knowledge that impacts organizational effectiveness.

3. Responsibilities:

• Generate ad hoc and standard reports, customizing data narratives to identify actionable insights
• Create visual presentations to communicate analyses and insights to diverse audiences
• Use SQL and Excel to extract and analyze data beyond established reporting tools
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on testing and development of analytics products
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical and data storytelling skills
• Support team members through collaborative problem-solving and peer review

4. Requirements:

• Minimum of one year in healthcare-related analytics, reporting, software, or consulting
• Proficiency with diverse data assets to solve complex problems
• Strong data visualization skills
• Experience with SQL, R, or similar coding languages
• Preferred familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and visualization
• Preferred experience with data visualization software
