Pay Rate: $70-75 an hour on W2 (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-wide technology projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on professional who can independently drive projects, manage stakeholders, and navigate complex global environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Governance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and success metrics.
- Define project objectives and ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Project Execution & Delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute project activities and deliver project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Proactively manage project issues and dependencies to minimize impact on delivery timelines and budgets.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Facilitate effective collaboration across global teams and functions.
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Resource & Quality Management
- Manage project resources effectively to optimize performance and productivity.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements.
