Business Segment Overview

Institutional: Immerse yourself in the best-in-class institutional-grade technology, working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to various asset classes, such as equities, options, fixed income securities, and advanced trading, research, and management technology.

## Responsibilities

• 2–3 years of professional software development experience
• Strong foundation in **C# and Python**
• Solid experience with **SQL Server** and relational databases
• Understanding of full-stack application development
• Interest in financial markets and trading technology
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Develop and enhance **full-stack Fixed Income trading applications**
• Work with **real-time market data** from Bloomberg, Tradeweb, ICE, and other venues
• Build services and user interfaces using **C#, Python, and SQL Server**
• Assist in supporting and improving **FIX-based trade and market data flows**
• Collaborate with senior engineers, traders, and business users
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support rotations
