What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team
• Monitor project progress against milestones and budgets, conducting risk analysis
• Liaise with users to analyze and document project requirements
• Manage integration of vendor tasks and review vendor deliverables when applicable

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a degree or 7 years without a degree
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., PPM, PgMP, ACP) is required
• Proven experience managing larger and more complex projects than typical project managers
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills to address difficult and complex issues

• Experience coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals
• Familiarity with working alongside senior leadership to resolve project-related problems
