You will dive deep into complex healthcare workflows, translating them into clear business, functional and technical requirements that guide the design and development of impactful technology solutions.

You'll partner closely with clinical operations, product management, engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure solutions are aligned, effective, and built to meet organizational needs. Your work will directly support Upstream's mission, vision, and values by helping to shape innovative, patient-centered operation and technology advancements across the organization.
