#### About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help shape and evolve the visual identity of our esports brands and the wider NIP Group portfolio. This role sits within the Brand & Creative team and is responsible for delivering high-impact design across competitive gaming titles, social channels, campaigns, events, partnerships, fan engagement, and internal communications.
As a senior member of the design function, you will take ownership of complex creative projects, contribute to the development and consistency of visual systems, and help maintain a strong creative standard across multiple brands—including Ninjas in Pyjamas, eStar Gaming, and initiatives connected to ventures such as Ninjas in Mining and other projects within the group.
The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design craft with motion capabilities, a deep understanding of esports and digital audiences, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual experiences that feel authentic to gaming culture and to the NIP brand.
#### Key Responsibilities
- Support the creative development and execution of visual assets across key esports titles, including Counter-Strike, Rocket League, Rainbow Six, and future competitive gaming initiatives.
- Design high-impact social media content, campaign creative, promotional graphics, and platform-specific assets that engage gaming and esports audiences.
- Create YouTube thumbnails, video packaging assets, end slates, intro sequences, lower thirds, and other content-supporting graphics to enhance digital storytelling and audience engagement.
- Develop motion graphics and animated creative for social media, tournaments, live broadcasts, commercial partnerships, and branded content initiatives.
