Key Responsibilities

- Plan, direct, and coordinate advertising strategies and promotional campaigns across multiple digital and traditional channels
- Develop and refine advertising copy, scripts, layouts, and multimedia content to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment
- Translate real-world campaign strategy, workflows, and execution processes into structured inputs for AI model training
- Review and evaluate AI-generated advertising outputs for strategic accuracy, messaging quality, compliance, and performance best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, creative, media, analytics, and technical stakeholders to ensure campaign effectiveness
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and reporting data to inform optimization strategies and improve AI training datasets
- Document campaign workflows, decision-making frameworks, and optimization methodologies to support AI model enhancement
- Stay current with trends in digital advertising, automation, machine learning applications, and AI-powered marketing tools
