Role Overview
The Senior Graphic Designer ensures the highest quality of design output across all client accounts within their assigned pod. You’ll balance hands-on creative work with overseeing quality control, guiding Marketing Coordinators and freelancers, and stepping in on complex or rush projects.

This role is both creative and solution-oriented. You’ll design templates and assets yourself, while also training team members, providing feedback, and researching solutions when projects hit roadblocks. By managing your own schedule and reporting directly to the Creative Manager, you’ll help ensure that every deliverable within your pod is polished, on-brand, and strategically effective.

Core Responsibilities

• **Quality Control** – Review all design deliverables within your pod to ensure they are well-balanced, on-brand, and professionally executed.
• **Hands-On Design** – Create high-quality graphics, including social media templates and reusable design systems that support long-term client needs.
• **Rush Projects** – Step in to handle high-priority, quick-turnaround assignments when deadlines demand.
• **Complex Task Ownership** – Lead execution on complex or challenging design requests, conducting research to find solutions when needed.
• **Educational Support** – Coach Marketing Coordinators on writing clear, effective creative briefs to set projects up for success, as needed...
