Char Cosmetic, an Australia-based beauty brand, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong specialisation in 3D design for a full-time remote role.

About the Role As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will create high-quality, globally appealing visual designs for social media, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns — with a strong focus on 3D renders and product visuals. You will collaborate with our international team, maintain brand consistency, and bring creativity to every project.

Work Type: Remote | Employment: Full-time | English: Intermediate (daily team communication)

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D product renders, mockups, and campaign hero visuals
• Design assets for social media, ads, campaigns, and e-commerce
• Ensure designs meet international beauty brand standards
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Collaborate with cross-border teams and respond to feedback
• Prepare final files for digital publishing

Requirements

• Senior-level experience (3+ years) as a Graphic Designer
• Strong 3D design skills with a portfolio showcasing renders and product mockups
• Proficiency in 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar
• Strong understanding of global / international design aesthetics
• Ability to design for international audiences
• Strong sense of typography, layout, spacing, and colour
• Intermediate English (for team communication)
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Portfolio showing modern, clean, internationally relevant designs including 3D work

Optional Skills / Nice to Have

• Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience
• Experience working with international brands or teams
• Knowledge of Adobe, Figma, or Canva (bonus)
• Basic motion graphics or video editing
