We are seeking a Senior Functional/Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in Infor VISUAL (version 9 required; currently on 9.0.8) to provide production support in a heavily customized environment. This role will support day‑to‑day operations, triage and resolve tickets, manage access requests, and help analyze and troubleshoot issues across multiple VISUAL modules.


Key Responsibilities


This role will support day‑to‑day operations, triage and resolve tickets, manage access requests, and help analyze and troubleshoot issues across multiple VISUAL modules.


Provide production support across VISUAL Financials, Manufacturing/MRP, Costing, Projects, and Work Orders


Troubleshoot issues in a highly customized environment, including reverse‑engineering existing solutions


Support, triage, and resolve tickets and access requests with minimal oversight


Collaborate with business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and strong customer service


Assist with enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements as needed


Required Skills & Experience
Extensive hands-on experience with Infor VISUAL 9, including core functional modules


Strong technical capabilities in Visual Macros, Custom VB.NET solutions, Crystal Reports, SSRS, and SQL Server administration


Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment


Excellent communication and customer-facing skills


Must be a U.S. Citizen
