Summary

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your programming and analytical skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. You will serve as a senior engineer responsible for building UI components, data pipelines, and AWS‑based integration layers that extend and enhance our Amazon Connect contact center platform. This includes working with CTR data, agent event streams, and custom React‑based agent experiences.

Your role in our mission

• Build advanced UI features using **React**, including custom CCP extensions and embedded agent tools.
• Design and optimize **SQL data models** supporting reporting, analytics, and operational workflows.
• Develop integrations using **AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, and Kinesis**.
