An AI and data systems firm working with mid-market enterprises across Switzerland, Poland, Singapore, and the Philippines is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer. The work does not begin with software—it begins with operations: identifying where decisions break down, where margin is leaking, and where businesses lose time every week.

The business is at an inflection point: a small team with a large mandate across four markets, where every hire shapes what it becomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in software engineering, with strong full-stack experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js, Python, or Go + React/Next.js (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers, and distributed systems
• Experience designing APIs (REST/GraphQL) and system architecture across services
• Strong testing discipline (unit, integration, E2E; ideally test-first mindset)
• Ability to review, debug, and improve complex or AI-generated code

This is not a standard senior developer role.

Responsibilities:

• Review and refine AI-generated code to ensure correctness, security, and performance
• Design shared system contracts (APIs, schemas, interfaces) across services
• Build and own full-stack components of Iris and client systems
• Define architecture decisions and maintain technical standards (ADRs, code quality)
• Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to translate requirements into production systems
• Set the technical bar for an AI-native engineering environment

Bonus Skills:

• Experience working in AI-assisted or agent-driven development environments (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.)
