### **The Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Full Stack Developer & AI Solutions Architect** to design, develop, and implement enterprise software, AI-powered applications, automation solutions, business intelligence reporting, and system integrations. This role will lead the development of scalable, secure technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Python and modern development frameworks.
• Build AI-powered solutions, including AI agents, workflow automation, and integrations with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and executive reporting.
• Design and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Develop automation solutions using Python, Power Automate, and cloud technologies.
• Manage SQL databases, ETL processes, and data architecture.
• Deploy and support applications in Azure and/or AWS environments.
• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate operational needs into technology solutions.
• Mentor developers and contribute to software architecture and technology strategy.

### **Required Skills/Abilities:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
