As we continue to scale our brand presence nationally, we are seeking a creative and driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and assist in bringing the Cresco Australia brand to life across every touchpoint.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in shaping how Cresco Australia looks and feels across digital and print channels, ensuring our brand is consistent, compelling, and always on point.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, takes ownership of their craft, and is excited to grow alongside a company that is scaling its marketing function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and maintain branded assets across digital and print, including templates, capability statements, social media content, email campaigns, signage, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Own the visual identity of Cresco Australia, ensuring all materials meet brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of consistency across every channel.
• Create scroll-stopping social media content optimised for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Coordinator to develop campaign visuals, event collateral and client-facing documents.
• Manage and maintain Cresco Australia’s Canva Brand Kit, templates and asset library.
