Overview:

As a key member of EHN Canada's Financial Planning & Analytics team, the Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A plays a critical role in supporting the organization's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management activities across our national network of treatment centres.

The role partners with leaders across corporate and clinical operations to develop financial insights, maintain robust financial models, evaluate business performance, and support strategic decision-making that furthers EHN's mission to make excellent addictions and mental health care accessible to all Canadians. The successful candidate will combine strong FP&A fundamentals with strong analytical and business partnering skills, translating financial and operational data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting

- Support and lead components of the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term strategic planning in partnership with business and functional leaders.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models supporting revenue, operating expenses, profitability, and cash flow planning.
