Position summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A plays a key role in providing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting to support organizational decision-making. This role leads the operating budget process, ensures accurate financial reporting and general ledger integrity, while partnering with clinical leaders/executives to deliver data-driven insights that support performance improvement, fiscal sustainability, and accountability. This position also drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting, and decision support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development, coordination, and consolidation of annual operating budget in-year forecasts.
  • Partner with clinical program leaders to develop realistic, evidence-based budgets aligned with operational plans.
  • Provide budget to-actual variance analysis, identifying key cost drivers, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support monthly financial close, year-end activities, including audit-ready financial packages, ensure timely, accurate, and complete financial results.
  • Serve as a strategic financial advisor, translating financial data into operational insights for leaders and executives.
