The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Consolidation & G&A will own corporate consolidation and G&A finance end-to-end, acting as the primary driver for our monthly management reporting package and cross-functional budget partnership.
What You'll Do
- Own the monthly roll-up of every function into the corporate model, pulling Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A actuals and forecasts together into one company P&L that ties to the source of truth. Reduce roll-up-to-report cycle time and eliminate manual rework.
- Build and maintain the monthly reporting package: actuals vs. budget/forecast, variance commentary, and KPI tracking. Support the quarterly board deck.
- Serve as the finance partner to G&A cost-center owners (Finance, Legal, People, Operations). Own G&A budgets, forecasts, headcount, and vendor spend, with monthly variance reviews. Given ~700 employees across two countries, people cost and headcount are the center of gravity here.
- Own the corporate model as the single place all functions come together; ensure the mapping from source systems and functional inputs into the model is accurate, documented, and scalable as we grow.
