What you will be doing:
The Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst is the functional subject matter expert to the HR and Payroll departments. Will be responsible for maintenance and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Cloud HCM application for Cedars-Sinai. This position will serve as the liaison for the functional department throughout the development and implementation phases.

• Support for Oracle Cloud HCM, with a particular focus on Recruiting, Onboarding, Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation & Payroll modules.
• Independently or with Change Management coordinates communications and collaborates with the business owner’s department stakeholders to establish project timelines and implementation milestones to achieve maximum utilization of s...
