About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Ecommerce Growth Manager to own one of our conversion pods. This is a strategic role. You'll deeply understand each client's brand, product, and competitive landscape, and make data-driven recommendations on what to test and build to grow their store revenue. Our Conversion service includes three work streams: paid landing pages, Shopify theme optimization and testing, and brand and operational support in Shopify. You'll lead a team of a PM, Tech Lead, developers, and designer - but your value goes beyond delivery. You're a trusted strategic partner to your clients.

You're a strategist, not just a project manager. You don't wait for clients to tell you what to build - you bring ideas to them. You understand their business, their customers, and their goals well enough to make recommendations that move the needle. You're always learning what's working in subscription CPG so you can bring fresh thinking to your clients.
You're data-driven. You don't make strategic recommendations based on gut feel - you dig into the numbers, understand what's working, and use data to guide decisions. You measure what matters and optimize relentlessly.
