Core Job Responsibilities
Capital One Software is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of our email marketing and lead nurturing engine. In this role, you will be the architect of our digital conversations, turning cold interest into loyal customers for our suite of data cloud management and data security tools.
You will lead the transition from generic "batch-and-blast" emails to a sophisticated, behavior-triggered lifecycle program. Whether you are building a Trial-to-Paid conversion sequence or a high-touch ABM (Account-Based Marketing) nurture for enterprise stakeholders, your goal is to deliver the right message at the right time to drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Own the E2E strategy for all lead nurturing programs. You will map the buyer's journey and build automated email sequences that align with specific stages (e.g., Cold-to-Warm, MQL-to-SQL, and Customer Expansion).
- Leverage CRM data and intent signals to create highly segmented email lists. You will move beyond basic "First Name" tags to deliver deep personalization based on industry, tech stack, and persona pain points.
- Maintain a rigorous testing roadmap for subject lines, CTAs, send times, and content formats. You will constantly iterate to improve open rates, CTRs, and—most importantly—bottom-of-funnel conversions.
