About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST, PRODUCT is responsible for leveraging data science to support product and business decisions. This role drives impactful analysis and modeling to clarify ambiguous problems, influence stakeholders, and enhance the organization’s offerings. The position ensures statistical rigor and owns data metrics, supporting strategic decisions that affect the company’s growth and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis and deep dives on ambiguous business problems to produce actionable insights.
• Build, tune, and evaluate online and offline machine learning models and AI systems.
• Own data definitions, core logging, and data visualization presentations.
• Lead code reviews and develop ETL jobs using SQL and Python.
• Design and execute rigorous experimentation and causal analyses to support stakeholder confidence.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in a quantitative field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 3+ years.
• Proven experience leading data science projects addressing ambiguous challenges.
• Ability to translate data findings into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
• Expertise in applying complex modeling frameworks to business problems.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience with digital products in iterative development cycles.
• Demonstrates strong communication, positive energy, continuous learning, and efficient execution.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.
