3. Responsibilities:

• Lead data science projects involving predictive modeling, algorithm design, and data pipelines

• Develop advanced campaign data science models, including partisanship and turnout models

• Analyze datasets to generate insights that inform product feature prioritization

• Communicate data-driven insights effectively through visuals, memos, and presentations

• Collaborate with engineering to deploy data science products into production

• Mentor junior data scientists to enhance their technical skills

• Apply emerging AI technologies to research and development challenges

4. Requirements:

• 6+ years experience as a Data Scientist or similar role with model and analytics development

• Strong knowledge of advanced data science, machine learning, and optimization techniques

• Experience in building and deploying machine learning models

• Proficiency in data engineering and pipeline development

• Skilled in data visualization tools and storytelling with data

• Expertise in Python, SQL, and version control (Git)
