What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document complex business needs and translate them into functional requirements
• Lead analysis efforts for large, citywide projects, including project planning and timeline development
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on business processes and technology solutions
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements and test plans
• Support the adoption of new enterprise systems through user procedure development and training delivery

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or closely related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 or more years of experience as a business analyst in a technology environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proven experience with enterprise software implementation projects
