### The Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning team. In this role, you will lead the analysis of complex business and product challenges that require advanced analytical thinking, strong methodology, and practical business judgment. You will turn open-ended questions into clear frameworks, rigorous analyses, and recommendations that drive better decision-making across the organization.

You’ll partner closely with Machine Learning Engineers, Product leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate the impact of product and ML investments, strengthen experimentation and measurement practices, and build a deeper understanding of user behavior, creator outcomes, and overall business performance.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is strong in statistical and analytical thinking, highly skilled in Python, and comfortable turning ambiguous questions into clear, defensible recommendations.
