### About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Payments Operations Specialist who will support day-to-day financial operations and payment processes within an iGaming project.

This role combines financial coordination, payment operations, and analytical work. You will be responsible for managing expenses, supporting settlements, working with payment systems, and participating in reconciliation processes with partners.

### Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Payments / Finance Operations / PSP / Anti-Fraud or similar roles
• Experience in iGaming or high-risk industries
• Understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and routing logic
• Experience working with financial data and reports
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• English – B1+

### Nice to have:

• Experience with payment providers (PSPs)
• Experience with payment conversion analysis and optimization
• Experience working with affiliate / traffic teams
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

### Responsibilities:

• Control and execute payments for services and operational expenses
• Maintain expense tracking and prepare reports for finance
• Provide data for settlements from payment systems
• Participate in reconciliation processes with partners (twice per month)
• Prepare data for affiliate payouts (traffic payments)
• Monitor transactions and identify issues or inconsistencies
• Work with payment providers and support payment flows
• Handle chargebacks and assist with fraud monitoring
• Analyze payment performance and conversion rates
• Identify bottlenecks and support optimization of payment cascades
