We’re looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join our Finance team based in the 8330 Chester st office in Vancouver, BC. This individual will report to the Director of Accounting & Finance.
Job Overview: The Finance Operations Manager manages the day-to-day operations of the finance department, with direct oversight of the accounts payable and accounts receivable team. This role has a strong focus on optimizing end-to-end AP and AR processes within the ERP system, Infor SyteLine, and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations.

Accounting Operations & Compliance
- Oversee core accounting operations to ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Manage banking activities, including vendor payments and multicurrency transactions (CAD, USD, EUR).
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of receipts, disbursements, and period-end/year-end close activities.
- Oversee commodity tax application and ensure timely, accurate filing of required tax returns.
ERP Optimization & Process Improvement
- Lead and continuously improve AP and AR processes within the Infor SyteLine ERP system.
