Senior Data Engineer

The Senior Data Engineer contributes to this mission by enabling high-quality, trusted data access that supports clinical, operational, and research decision-making across the enterprise. The Senior Data Engineer works creatively and collaboratively with peers and stakeholders to advance institutional data strategy and analytics delivery.


The
ideal candidate for the Senior Data Engineer
role has advanced experience in enterprise data engineering, strong familiarity with cloud-based data pipelines, and a solid understanding of healthcare data environments. A preferred candidate holds a master's degree in a related technical field, has experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle reporting data models and Microsoft Fabric, and either already has or is prepared to obtain Epic Data Model certification while collaborating effectively across technical and non-technical teams.


The minimum salary is $123,000, the midpoint is $154,000, and the maximum is $185,000, based on a 40-hour work week. The work location is remote only in Texas.
