As a Senior Analyst on the Differentiated Services Insights team, you will lead high-impact program analytics that drive personalized and differentiated customer experiences across digital and offline touchpoints, including our Design Service, Registry, CBCC, Trade, B2B and Mover programs. This strategic role leverages advanced analytics, web and digital journey analysis, and experimentation to deliver actionable insights on customer behavior, engagement, and loyalty, resulting in strategic recommendations.
