### The Role
Join us to shape outstanding mobility experiences for Barclays colleagues navigating change. Own the end‑to‑end delivery of Redeployment change projects through a highly consultative, insight‑led project management approach. You will act as a trusted adviser to WFC Leads, HRBPs, ER and business stakeholders—proactively building strong, influential relationships and ensuring communication is tailored, timely and meaningful. Central to this role is your ability to understand the context and impact of each change programme, recommend the right CTS services, and guide stakeholders with clarity and confidence. You will lead structured kick‑offs, maintain disciplined project update routines (with a strong emphasis on live conversations), deliver empathetic colleague briefing sessions, and use data and MI to shape decisions. By embedding strong governance, anticipating risks and escalating appropriately, you will ensure a controlled, well‑managed and positive colleague experience throughout every Redeployment project.
