What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coach and mentor Project Managers to ensure consistent and high standards of service delivery
• Lead teams responsible for project delivery, financials, and client satisfaction
• Maintain control of project schedules, resources, budgets, and scope
• Report project statuses regularly to ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Manage project risks and proactively create mitigation strategies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• 3+ years of specialized/industry experience
• High school diploma
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 35%

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• PMP Certification preferred
• Mentoring skills
• Experience working at client sites
• Ability to manage expectations and establish solid working relationships with Senior Management and executives
