Location Details:  Remote Location.

Position Schedule / Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Position Summary: Serves as Subject Matter Expert on large global infrastructure projects that require partnership of cross-fuctional IT resources.  Partner with architects and engineers to collaborate plan, design, implement, enable, promote, and assist in the adoption of DevOps methodologies and standards as well Cloud based solutions (IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, FaaS, and SaaS).

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and provide expert guidance to teams on Agile development and Agile infrastructure principles and practices including:
- Infrastructure as Code
- Provisioning
- Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment
- Test automation
- Focus on future cloud-based technology growth options to support organizational maturity.
- Plan, design, implement, and educate on DevOps tools, practices and usage, Cloud based platforms (AWS and GCP)
- Provide leadership to the organization to identify and remove infrastructure and system level impediments which limit productivity and quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements which support and complement DevOps methodologies and Cloud usage.
- Track and provide feedback to teams and organizations on DevOps adoption
- Provide direction for and design solutions for infrastructure, security, deployment, scaling, metrics, and IT operations.
- Conduct technology reviews and internal audits to ensure existing solutions meet business and security needs.
