2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Client Services Project Manager, CX leads complex, customer-facing projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery aligned with scope and timelines, serving as the primary client contact, and ensuring clear communication among internal and external teams. The position supports AI and GenAI initiatives, coordinates product roadmaps, and prepares projects for go-to-market activities while managing risks, dependencies, and escalations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth execution and delivering measurable value to customers.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations

• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation

• Facilitate clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders, including leadership

• Track action items and enforce accountability across teams

• Identify and mitigate risks and manage escalations professionally

• Guide teams through launch readiness, deployment, and project closeout
