## Key Responsibilities

\* Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements.

\* Serve as a primary liaison between business functions and technology teams.

\* Understand business and technology challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

\* Identify opportunities to improve business processes through better use of system functionality and data.

\* Document business processes, requirements, functional designs, and usability considerations.

\* Provide end-user support for key applications and data areas.

\* Define business rules that support data accuracy and consistency.

\* Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues.

\* Test and maintain computer programs and systems.

\* Conduct investigative analysis and feasibility evaluations for projects and applications.

\* Prioritize multiple requests and system requirements to meet project objectives.

\* Identify issues that may affect daily operations or projects and work with business users to evaluate solutions.

\* Communicate project status, solutions, concerns, and relevant information across teams.

\* Establish and maintain strong relationships across business functions.

\* Develop training materials and provide training related to business systems and processes.
