About the Opportunity:

This role supports a national leader in provider recruitment services, focused on partnering with health care organizations to deliver recruitment and consultative services. The Senior Business Systems Analyst coordinates complex cross-departmental and company-wide requirement gathering and consults on system implementations, integrations, and upgrades supporting various initiatives across all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, architects, project management, and leadership

• Facilitate complex requirement gathering activities across departments and company-wide

• Consult on system implementations, integrations, and upgrades

• Support initiatives for multiple departments with minimal to no oversight

Requirements:

• Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or relevant field, or 10 years of related industry experience

• 5 years of analyst or leadership experience

• Preferred: Master’s Degree in MBA, MHA, or MIS

• Preferred: IIBA certification upon hire

• Preferred: 8 years in senior analyst or management role in healthcare recruiting or marketing
